I've suffered from a sensitive tummy for years - which is now more unhappily known as IBS . I happened upon American Health Acidophilus at a local store a few years back and, as it was on sale, I thought I'd try it out. What a difference! After a few days my tummy settled down and rarely gave me any trouble. And they are delicious! Of course being irresponsible, I often forget to take these wafers, so my gut lets me know, but for me, anyway, these chewables really are the ticket to a more smoothly operating digestive tract.
